To request your private key, please send an email to support@charterrode.com with ALL of the following information:
- Your full legal name
- Your Charter Rode Sailor ID
- Your phone number where we may call you
- How you would like to receive your private key
One we receive your email, we will schedule a video call to verify your identity and request before sending your private key. NOTE: We will only share your private key with you once. If we have already shared your private key with you, we cannot for security reasons share it again.
