To request your private key, please email support@charterrode.com with ALL of the following information:

Your full legal name
Your Charter Rode Sailor ID
Your phone number where we may call you
How you would like to receive your private key

One we receive your email, we will schedule a video call to verify your identity and request before sending your private key.

Note: We will only share your private key with you once. If we have already shared your private key with you, we cannot for security reasons share it again.
